• Pick up can be arranged, please contact us
• We will ship your item within one business day of receiving cleared payment
• If you need to make changes to your shipping address, we can only do so if it hasn't left the warehouse

Return/Exchange/Refund

• Refund can only be provided where we are unable to supply the advertised product. We are unable to provide a refund if the customer changes their mind
• The refund will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details. It may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to  process
• We will provide you with an exchange where the items are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing or material defects and we shall pay the postage (to and from) for the return
• Any faulty item or incorrectly supplied item has to be claimed within 7 days from the date of receiving the item
• All return items must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, with the original receipt of purchase

*Bince Pty Ltd recommends sending return parcels via registered post or courier as we are not liable if your return is not received.

Terms  & Conditions

• Bince Surveying Equipment warrants its products for a period after the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this period, Bince Surveying Equipment will repair or replace the product at its expense
• By purchasing the product, the buyer agrees that it is the buyer who is liable to all the public and product liability resulting from the use of the product
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the product description are unintentional
• Items will not be shipped from our warehouse until receiving cleared payment
• We check and test items before shipping. In the unlikely condition that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 business days upon receiving the faulty items

Warranty
We provided a limited warranty for our products and free repair for the product within the warranty period and terms (please refer to the warranty period and terms on the corresponding products on the brochure or website)

• All products from Bince Pty Ltd are under warranty for a period, from the date of purchase (valid proof of is required)
• Any failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorised alterations or repair are not covered. Consumables are not covered
• If the product is proved to be defective in material or workmanship under the cover of this warranty, Bince Pty Ltd will offer to repair or replace at its own discretion. Cost of labour or parts for the repair will be covered
• Customers are required to pay the freight to and from our warehouse or deliver/ pick up the product to our warehouse
• Any cost incurred in the return of goods to Bince Pty Ltd will be paid by the customer
• Bince Pty Ltd reserves the final decision to amend or interpret the warranty terms without further notification
